The company has established a Paper Manufacturing Plant at Village Girdhai, Aliganj Road, Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, India. The company is engaged in manufacturing of high grade Writing Printing Paper based on waste paper. The installed capacity of the plant is 19800 Tons Per Annum (TPA) on 100% efficiency taking 60 Metric Tons (MT) per day and 330 working days in a year on a continuous process basis. |

| Tax Exemption From The Government Of India- |
| As per the notification of the Government of India ,No-49/2003 dated 10.06.2003,there is a 100% excise duty exemption provided to new units established in Uttarakhand after 07.01.2003, manufacturing paper and paper products. There is also 100% exemption from the Income Tax payable under the Income Tax Act, 1961 for new units established in the State of Uttarakhand. |

The plant is expected to work on a continuous basis for 330 days in a year so as to produce 19800 MT of paper per annum or 60 MT per day. Following is the projections of production capacity utilization in next 6 years: |

The unit has started commercial production from July 2009. In the first year of production the company shall start working at 60% capacity and gradually increase the capacity of production. The Company plans to produce best quality Writing & Printing Paper by using 100% indigenous and imported waste paper as main raw material. The production at 100% level is expected at 19800 MTPA considering production capacity of the machines installed.
